Sorry, if there are any errors in the bugfixes - that's on me. There were actually a million bugfixes I had to sift through and reword for the patch notes.

Fixed – Noise is generated when slowly turning as a Shield Operator.

/u/ubinoty Can we get some clarification on the above issues, please? Is shield rotation fixed or not?

Reverse Friendly Fire

I saw this the other day, seems like reverse friendly fire shouldn't apply to people being interrogated by Caveira? eg: Shooting Caveira + the interrogation target shouldn't trigger it, as it's overall a good for the team, even if you shouldn't be TKing. Same if you flip a frag grenade there and get them both or similar.

We have changed the Win and Loss conditions for our various game modes, effectively removing the possibility for a round to end in a Draw.

Makes sense I guess, but rounds ending in a draw always was kind of neat.

Bank cosmetic changes

Seems like that's really just removing a lot of aesthetic fluff. Not sure I care for it.

Moving forward, Observation tools controlled by Defenders will be blue, and those controlled by Attackers will be yellow.

I'm not sure how to feel about that. It's going to take time to get used to, same for the changes to rules on when they're displayed as what... Also a nerf to Dokkebae, sounds like.

Player’s HUD will now remain visible when Flashed/Stunned. The HUD is a source of information for the player, not for the Operator they are controlling, and as such, the HUD info should always remain visible.

Really don't know how I feel about that one. The compass is on the HUD. This might lead to a lot of blind running around without any particular disorientation.

Fixed – Breach Charges placed on the floor will kill the player under it.

Not sure about that one. There are a couple spots where that's a neat and useful strategy. (eg: Behind/Above the white van in Consulate garage.) Why remove it? Where's it abused? It's logical.

Yes. We've addressed the shield rotation + shield perspective issues with this patch.
