I bought credits 2 hours ago and they still have not came, a pop up came on my screen saying "the delivery of your items has been delayed for further investigation"
I'm wondering if there is any way I could get any help receiving these credits straight away.

Credits can take anywhere between 24-48 hours to appear on your account. If by then they aren't there, then feel free to reach out to Ubisoft Support so they can look into things for you?
