[2023] high ping on same datacenter r6

hi there, i've been playing the whole past season and everything is fine suddenly after the last update i'm the only one in my party having a 120 ping while they're still playing on 15 ping
i don't what happened after the last update. tried every possible way to fix it nothing worked, even changing my datacenter manually to UAE gave me the same ping while all my friends have 15 ping

@EatableEla Hi there! Welcome to Forums! I'm sorry to hear you're having high ping while playing with your friends. Just to make sure, have you tried all the troubleshooting steps from this FAQ? If you haven't please give them a try and let me know if the issue persists. Please let us know the following info as well:

  • Is this occurring for any specific game mode?
  • Are you experiencing high ping while playing by yourself as well, or is it only when you play with your friends?
  • Are your friends connected to a different data center, or are they also connecting to UAE North?
  • Do you notice if you get connected to a different data center as soon as you join a match?
