[2020] Was this DDoS?

In the clip below (on PS4), my team is pushing the enemy team really hard; they're down to 2 players, we still had 4 at the time things started getting weird, the objective is open...and we're pushing. Then all of sudden, my whole team starts rubber-banding...causing them to get picked off. Then you can see me rubber-band numerous times trying to just get in the room. I don't know what a DDoS attacks looks like, but I imagine it would be something like this. I noticed that I didn't have yellow/red connectivity icons on my screen at the time of the issue, and our pings look normal. With that, do you guys think this was a DDoS?
