[2021] perma banned for toxicity with no prior bans or warnings :/

I've seen that for toxic behavior the bans goes, 27 mins, 2 hours, and then permanent. i want to know why i was banned permanently without any of the temp bans. I was very toxic but if I got a temp ban I would have stopped ******g around in text and in game chat because i would have gotten the message of "Don't be toxic"
