Can you restart and see if the counter is still at 1/10?
I restarted entire game and Uplay. But still same issue. It still says 9 Matches left. Kindly please help. When the servers went offline i was plating ranked match and lost the last one. Maybe the system is considering my Ember Rise last ranked match as the placement match for this reason. Your help will be highly appreciated.
Just a bit of an update, if you were in a ranked match prior to the maintenance start, it may have ended in the middle and carried over. Hence the 1/10.
