[2023] Reputation loss and Abandon penalty for game error.

So today I decided that I wanted to play some ranked. After waiting about double the estimated time I get into a game, get through the ban phase: no problems. However in Prep Phase my game freezes and I lose connection to the server. I try to go back into the game. 3 times the game boots as offline, can't sync to the server. All that nasty unpleasant stuff. When I reboot the Ubisoft Connect launcher for the third time I get into the game. Then I find out that I have received a penalty for "abandoning" the match. My reputation also drops. I feel like there should be a difference between a game freeze and a quit to menu. Poor systems...
