[2019] Could open threshold be added to console anytime soon?

Thanks for the suggestion! I can't speak on things that may or may not be added in the future, but I can definitely see something like this being beneficial for console players to like being active by giving out call outs and talking. I'll make a note of it and monitor other requests like this one!
