[2020] Whats happening with the Ubi servers? Why are they so bad?

So this thread has gotten way off topic, as it was originally geared towards a report about server issues (Thank you OP for the screengrabs!) so I will have to lock it up.

The best way to directly report a potential DDoS, you can report the player via our online tool here[support.ubisoft.com] which should also allow you to upload the video!
