[2019] CAN I GET IT ON STEAM AFTER I'VE PLAYED WITH UPLAY!?

You could theoretically link your current Uplay account to your Steam copy, but it is possible it would cause conflicts with your Uplay copy of Siege. I'd suggest against linking it due to that.
