What region are you from?
About what time of day are you trying to queue up for Unranked?
Do you only have this problem with the Unranked playlist?
Does restarting the queue after a few minutes help at all?

I have the same issue, although the longest I've tried to queue for is 10 minutes, 5 stack everytime. Region is SEA

Do you have this with the Unranked playlist specifically?
