-The game had more dynamic lighting like they had in the teaser trailer (the one with the good hostage with the meme worthy dunk aiming)
-The Defensive team could pick up the hostage ONLY if the enemy picks them up first but drops them, thus allowing you to move them to a safer location rather than being say in the middle of a open hallway or whatever.
-The game had a wound system where if you were below half health, you'd cough and make noise if you weren't healed by Doc
-The game had a fixed sound system
-The game allowed for far more destruction, example sledge and thermite are able to go through brick walls along with C4.
-The game had actual options for Helo insertion
-The game had actual prematch planning board like in the teaser trailer where you can draw on the map where you plan to say put a mira and a hole rather than being tossed into the room, cobbling together and reinforcing walls at random and communicating?
-The game had longer match times
-The game allowed for more control and tweaking and goofing around in custom games
-The game had proper AI that weren't cookie cutter zombies

Yes? No? suggestions to add?

Being able to vote on which map you play next.
This idea was brought up to the team a few weeks ago. Not sure if anything will come from it, but the devs know it's a highly requested feature.
