I know that it can be incredibly frustrating when you're trying to play and someone is harassing you in-game. This is the first time I'm hearing that the voice-chat mute option wasn't working when you needed it to and can also see how frustrating that was for you. Do you happen to have a video of this, and was it the first time you encountered this problem? Your best bet when coming across toxic players is to report them using the in-game tools and then leaving if possible if things get worse. Teamkilling only escalates the situation further.
