Yeah it’s completely messed up on ios. Has been for a long while.

The ironic part is the support website does it to. The issue is, at least on my end, if you start scrolling before the page has fully loaded it will refresh for lack of a better term and start loading from the beginning.
.< You probably want to submit the ticket from your laptop/desktop as it looks like it's a site-wide issue on your phone for some reason.
