So I was banned for "toxic behavior" (they didn't tell me what I said), but I was fine with it. I wanted to player a Custom Game with one of my buddies, since I can't play online, however, my 15 day ban was reset. I had 9 days left and all of a sudden it was back to 15 again. I tried contacting customer support, but it was not helpful at all. Imagine getting banned for something, not knowing why you're banned, and on top of that, given an additional 6 days for absolutely 0 reason. Can anyone please help?
