[2021] My Operators attachments and skins have reset.

Hey all,

This effected all players on all platforms.

It is frustrating but they can be adjusted/set right relatively quickly.

1.) You shouldn't have to re-purchase/unlock anything. They have simply been unequipped and need to be re-equipped, I've found that doing so during the operator selection of a match works well as you don't have to deal with items that you haven't actually unlocked yet. Doing it like this also allows you to not be actually "wasting" any time, since you'd be waiting for the round to start anyway.

2.) Situation star rankings can be earned back by completing the situations at any difficulty without actually having to complete the required objectives. So for example, if you had 3-stars on the 1st situation, you can complete it without doing any of the required objectives and earn that 3-star rating again. Still frustrating, but you can breeze through them at the easiest setting and not worry about your remaining health or headshots, etc.
