Hi Emanoeel, welcome to the forums, and welcome back to Siege!

Your rank does reset after each season, but your MMR stays the same so you're placed around the same skill level while you do your 10 placement matches for that season. When Y5S1 dops, your rank will be reset so you can try again.

Ranking meaning your placement, so Gold, Silver, Plat, Copper, etc. That resets each season, but your MMR remains where it was last season.
