[2020] I wish squad could join matchmaking immediately after game is over, not wait 20s

You don't have to wait those 20 seconds if you don't want to. If you click the gear in the top right and select "Return to Menu" you'll go there instantly. You also have the ability to leave alone or bring your squad. Each option is immediate.
