[2020] How do I deal with false bans?

I was recently falsely banned in Rainbow Six: Siege and I am 100% it's a false positive ban and I don't know how to go about it; any assistance?
I don't have marcos and I was banned when I only had Facebook, steam and discord running, I've virus checked etc and I have nothing fishy on my computer.
Is there anyway to get my account back? Can I have a refund? Am I even allowed to own another account?

Send in a report to support and we can take a second look at it there.

4 toxicity reports from your team isn't enough to warrant a ban. either there's a huge gap in this story or you said something truly egregious, enough for us to take notice right away and think it was worthy of a permaban. and if you ever send in a ticket and don't hear back - you can pm me your ticket #.
