I just started playing Siege again, and I start hearing this static on the right side of my headset. When I click on the operators, watch and shop menu the static goes away, but when I click back to Play the static comes back. When I am in a game I hear the static on the right side of my headset the entire match. I trying verify the games files doesn't work, I reinstall the game doesn't work. My audio drivers are up to date. This is only happening in Siege, I have already try on other games and I don't have this issue but Siege. Please someone help me I want to continue playing this game with my friends.

Hello there Dakhaos1, thank you for getting in contact with us about the sound issue you are experiencing using a headset with the game,

Some of our titles do not make use of all of the audio channels used by modern speaker and headphones, such as 5.1 and 7.1 surround sound affects.

Certain channels such as voice or sound effects, may be hard to hear or be completely missing from the game, if using a modern multi channel audio device or the incorrect setting.

1. First of all, please try selecting different audio formats in your audio devices 'Properties' settings, to help resolve this issue -

-Right click on Sound icon in the task bar and select 'Sounds'
-Choose your current audio device being used
-Navigate to Properties and click on Advanced
-Uncheck the 'Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device' box
-Experiment with selecting lower or higher bitrate (use 24bit/44100 Hz or 24bit/192000Hz if the option is given on your audio device
-Test the sound of the game again, after relaunching the game

2. If using any other sound controlling software such as Discord or other VoIP programs, please disable this through Task Manager and relaunch the game. Running some sound controlling programs simultaneously to the game can often cause performance issues.

3. If experimenting with different bit rates do not resolve this problem, instead please try all of the steps listed, on the Microsoft support website for audio issues as they can help resolve various audio troubles in game on PC - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...a-2535c7cd56c8

Please let us know how you get on after trying all of these steps above.
