[2020] Low fps for amd graphic card

I have a dell inspiron I5, 8° generation, 8GB RAM memory and a Radeon 520 graphic card. Recently, I installed Rainbow Six SIege and my my FPS are about 15-30. I don't know what to do, could someone help me?

Are you running the Vulkan version of the game or the standard version?
