I mean in one breath your wanting Jager's pick rate to be reduced so you nerf him to a 2/2 operator but in the same patch your also buffing Ying with the ability to wipe out all ADS's on site through the use of 2 smokes and 4 candelas. like these changes combined literally go against the core changes to Jager. all you are doing with this Ying buff is forcing Jager to be used more.........

Here is an idea, nerf the utility that 5 man attackers can bring the to table. if not buff the hell out of Wamai so he can help 'reduce' the utility meta that plagues this game.

They can take 10 nades/10smokes or 15 flashes if need be, minus ANY gadget Utility such as Nomad/Ash/Zofia/Ying(now buffed)/Captiao/Gridlock/Fuze.

All of those operators mentioned above, Wamai+Jager simply cannot contend with that level of setup. granted you can not run 'all these operators+nades' but Nomad/Ash/Ying/Gridlock/Captiao/Fuze all have access to smokes/flashes making a 10smoke/15flash viable+gagdets.

Seriously Ubisoft use your head for once and change utility options (reduce the amounts) maybe limit to 1 nade per operator and 2 flash would be a start or like I mentioned buff the hell out of Wamai.

Your stats on Jager are easily just pick rate figures but its like you refuse to see 'why' Jager's pick rate is so damn high, especially at the higher ranks (Plat 1-Diamond) where hes pretty much a must pick (for defence)
