Hello RazesCH, I have answered your post on the Ubisoft forums as well as informed of the case and Live Chat you had with our support agents and the email support you received as well.

Typically we try to respond to social media messages and email support within 48 hours when we can but account related issues can sometimes take longer when a player has a problem such as a authentication issue which takes time to resolve as we need to gather as much information from the player to locate their correct account. Forums support can be slower and we typically try to respond to players within one week.

I can see your case is being resolved by agents currently and we ask you for your patience whilst we try to help you locate the correct account and once again have the ability to access the game. We are not ignoring you please be assured, but these cases can take time and are difficult to resolve over a live chat as we need as much information as possible, thank you for your patience.

I would also encourage you to post in the player support section for this kind of help or enquiry, as the general discussion section is usually for players to discuss the game. I will move your post there for you now. hopefully we can resolve your issue soon for you.
