[2019] Leaver every ranked game

Currently in my placements and im having a leaver in my team every game.

Sorry to hear about your experience. If you believe someone is intentionally leaving, you should be able to report them for griefing. Otherwise, some people may have external circumstances they cannot control for why they disconnect/leave the game. There are abandonment penalties in place for people who repeatedly leave games early.

If they leave the game you can't report them in that match

There is an option in the Club Website where it shows people you've recently played with. You should be able to find the username there and submit a report through the support portal.
I was also mostly referring to people that are repeatedly leaving and players the OP may recognize per chance.
