[2020] game takes 3 times longer to launch after game update

Hi UbiShoreman, Not sure if Ubisoft is aware of this, but this issue is caused by BitDefender. I've seen a lot of players having issues launching the game after the update, disabling bitdefender fixes the issue. This needs to be fixed.

The game tries to launch when opening through steam, but Uplay never opens. And when you open it through Uplay, the game tries to start but it does not.
