[2020] servers are so bad

Was this a hard crash or did you get an error code before being brought back to the main menu?

We hear a llot of different and circumstantial, it is definitely important to us that we isolate things on an issue per issue basis so we can send things through the proper channels. We ask these things only to clarify in order to best support.
