[2020] Overtaker Challenge - no pack

Just completed the current challenge for packs. Didn't get my pack. Still haven't gotten my pack. I've restarted the game 3 times now and it has yet to come through. Does anyone know how to fix this? I really want these skins and its frustrating to not have the limited edition challenge reward not be awarded to me.

Hey all, this seems to be a fairly common thread. I've heard that some people are getting them, but kinda delayed. Can any of our earlier posters confirm this?

Our team is currently investigating this issue. We'll try to update when we have more info. In the meantime, please reach out to our Ubisoft Support team with your Uplay information so they can attempt to pinpoint where your pack has gone.
