I completely understand your frustration. Playing against cheaters or people pretending to be at a lower skill level than what they actually are can quickly ruin anyone's gaming experience, and that's not the kind of environment we want our players in.

For cheaters, please report these individuals to Ubisoft Support [support.ubi.com] for further investigation. Also, smurfs are something our team has begun to investigate, and they're looking into their interaction with other players. I don't have other information to share aside from that, but when we do, I'll be sure to pass it along!
