[2020] Is there nothing Ubisoft can do against smurfs?

The team started monitoring the conversation around smurfs and the interaction they have with other players. It's not exactly fair to be matched up against someone who's Ranked or clearance level suggests they have less experience in the game than they actually do.

How often would you say you encounter these types of players?
