Hello I recently tried to come back and play rainbow six cause a friend had been wanting me to get back into it. I log in for the first time in months to find that I had permanently been banned for cheating. At this point I assumed my account had been hacked and I submitted an appeal. I talked to one of the customer support members through chat where he told me that the account had unauthorized access to it. He told me that he would push the appeal forward and that I would be hearing back as soon as the appeal was done. I asked about an ETA which I was told there is none. This was all last Sunday, I have not heard anything back and am now believing it will be awhile before I do. I understand the whole anti cheat approach but this is getting kinda annoying to not have any answer to when I can play the game again. I'm hoping someone here has had this happen to them and remember how long it took for them. Thank you.
