[2021] Request - Rank reset

hello ubisoft I would like to make a request for rainbow six siege that is to restart in the following season with the maximum points achieved in the previous season (for example: in the north star season I rank with 3000 points and the season after north star I restart with 3000 points) I pushed myself to make this request because when I play classifieds in my team I always find in 99% of the time some poor teammates while against I find the very strong ones, so could you remedy what I proposed? thank you...
