Elite skins are purely cosmetic options and do not give players any kind of advantage over individuals who don't have it. If there's an issue with the sound IQ is making while having the skin equipped, that's an issue that needs to be addressed and fixed. Your report is the first I've seen mentioning an issue with it which is why I was checking to see if you could provide a video of this so I can present it to the right team.
