Are you talking about seeing the hourglass loading sign when people are loading in after the Op selection screen? I understand it can be annoying, but no one is getting "punished" for it. The game is trying to load in everyone before starting the match so it is fair for everyone. Are you wanting a pre-game lobby type situation while waiting for people to load in?
