[2020] Rainbow Six Siege Freezing

Keep in mind, this only happens on Siege. I play fortnite, csgo and minecraft and they all run just fine.

Am I missing something? It happens on my uplay account and my steam account (I have a smurf uplay account) so I honestly can't see what it would be.

I have gsync and vsync disabled.

my specs are,
GTX 2070 Super
AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8 Cores 3.59GHz

Does running the game in administrator mode change the freezing outcome?
