[2019] MOVED: Can only buy ultimate edition as a gift?

We do not support Steam Sharing, so it would not work for you. The only way to do this would be to create a new Steam and Ubisoft account.
Alternatively, you can purchase the Year 1 to 4 operators with in-game credits. You can still purchase the Year 4 pass to automatically get the Year 4 operators unlocked, including the ones coming out tomorrow.
