[2019] why the ♥♥♥♥ am i still cut off when talking just because we're switching screen

Are you talking about the switch from the OP selection screen to prep phase? Check your in game microphone settings.

when holding push to talk the game will mute you when its going from screen to screen, after planning phase and it goes to loading or when the game starts itll cut you off and youll have to press the button again.

At the end of the round you get killed and it says game ends, youll get cut off, it plays final killcam you get cut off, itll go into the next planning phase and youll get cut off.
