When the reputation system gets implemented, this is also going to do nothing but put everyone in bad reputation if this affects it which I assume it will. There's no need for the language filter, when the reputation system releases, people can vote people down if they're toxic.

The language filter does nothing, and brings more harm then good, and is an unessecary form of censorship. Again, since it has released people have been nothing but toxic still, this has done absolutely nothing and will do nothing. It just limits what they can say, but people will always find a way around saying it. We have the ability to mute text per person, if someone is being toxic just use that. We don't need to filter words too. The button is there for a reason. If someone chooses not to click the button to mute them, then that's their choice and their problem.

Please just remove it, it's absolutely pointless and censorship like this is annoying and ruining the internet.

The Rainbow Six Siege Code of Conduct states that "Any language or content deemed illegal, dangerous, threatening, abusive, obscene, vulgar, defamatory, hateful, racist, sexist, ethically offensive or constituting harassment" can be subject to disciplinary action. This is not something we will be changing.
