[2020] casual is unplayable

Toxicity of any kind is something our teams do not condone or tolerate in any way, which is why they're always looking at new ways to prevent our players from running into, or dealing with toxic individuals. Right now we're working on a Reputation System and going over changes to Vote to Kick. For now, reporting players in-game and capturing any visual evidence such as a video or screenshots (for text chat) is your best way to bring these players to our attention. Feel free to bring the videos and screenshots to our Support team[support.ubi.com] so they can get it looked at.
