Unfortunately, I can't say whether or not the map will be added back into the map rotation. However, since it 's been gone for a while, I could see a scenario where it comes back sooner than later. When our team is ready to unveil the rotations for Ranked and Quick Match, we'll be sure to let the community know so they aren't out of the loop.

While we don't have an opportunity to reply to every thread, we definitely make note of threads regarding issues, thoughts, concerns, general discussions, etc. This goes for the Ubi forums, Twitter, Reddit, Steam, and more. I do understand that sometimes it can feel like the lack of a reply from a Ubisoft representative on specific threads could be seen as us ignoring something the community is talking about, however there are some things we aren't at liberty to discuss, or we simply don't have any additional information to share. I can assure you that we're here listening and taking down as much feedback as you give us, good and bad.

Since the start of the Grand Larceny event, I've seen a lot of players ask for the original versions of maps back, even if they're seen as unbalanced by some. Unfortunately, it's not as easy as pushing a button to add them back in. There's a lot that goes into adding or reworking a map for Siege. Bringing back old maps with new operators, as well as introducing new operators, mechanics, and updating them on an old map variant just isn't realistic at the moment.
