I think these are all valid frustrations. The toxicity in the community is something we're actively trying to fight back against, which is why the Reputation System is being developed so that our legit players can enjoy the game without someone coming along and teamkilling them for no reason. In regards to technical issues, we're prepping a Status Report which is going to dive deep into a lot of things the community is frustrated about and wants answers to.
As for the balancing changes, specifically, the ones you mentioned, have been a sore subject for some. The new operators are on the Test Server, and that'll run for about 4 weeks. If there's something you don't like about them or you feel should be changed, now is the time to send that feedback our way. We increased the duration of this TTS so we can get as much feedback to our devs as possible.
