Our team has recently implemented a feature that emails you when your report results in a ban, so keep an eye out for one of these in your inbox after a report. Howvever, keep in mind that bans aren't instant.

As for how the reporting system works, reports are looked over by a team, and a ban is handed out if the reports turn out to be warranted.
