Hi Jubei!

First off, I want to welcome you to the Siege community! Playing against individuals with high levels can be a frustrating experience, but with Siege, thankfully levels in the triple digits is not indicative of a good/experienced player. Like Ranked, Casual/Quick Play has its own MMR (Matchmaking Ranking) system, and while they are higher levels, their MMR appears to be within 1,000 MMR of yours. Another possibility is whoever you played against deliberately threw casual games to drop their Casual MMR so they could play against slightly newer players. Deranking/smurfing is something our team is aware of and investigating, so I'll pass your experience along to the team in my notes.
