[2020] Stuttering in a random match, is anyone experiencing similar issues?

But I checked my ping and it was normal at 9. There wasn't any sort of indication/sign appearing on the upper right side of my hud. I did make an attempt and asked both sides whether I was "lagging" or they had similar issues but no one replied.

Were you playing on DX 11 or Vulkan?
