So I bought the premium season pass at the start of year 7 and I have had no issues with this in the past. But for some reason at the start of the season I started at tier 20 like normal but I didn't get any stars the progress 20 tiers. So I played a few game and nothing changed. In the end I started getting stars and the new breach rounds at tier 42 which means I'm missing 41 stars plus x amount of the breach charges. I have started multiple tickets with no response from ubisoft after the first reply. Is there anything I can do to get my stuff so I can progress in the pass aside from deleting the application and starting another ticket, because I have done both multiple times.

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear about your experience.

I can see that the fix for this issue has been deployed on December 16 - can you please confirm if you're still experiencing this, by any chance? If so, can you please provide us with a few screenshots, so we can have a look?
