The R6 Discord is honestly a great source to play with individuals who are on par with your skill level since we have dedicated channels for Golds, Plats, etc.

Yeah, Silver games and even Gold games can feature next-to-no callouts or communication from teammates and it makes ranking up extremely hard since you feel you're playing a 1v5 every round. I've been in high elo lobbies and lower ones, the change is extremely drastic.
