We're aware of the existence of smurfs in Siege and understand how frustrating it is, especially for new players and those who have no interest in having to sweat or use strats in a Quick Match game to defeat them.

We've openly addressed the existence of smurfs in a blog post that you can find here.[www.ubisoft.com] You may have to scroll a bit since that blog post covers the main stressors the community has discussed over the past few years. Tracking the data on those is difficult because how do you differentiate between a smurf, someone who's comp FPS skill in a different game (CSGO, Val, etc) transfers well to Siege, or someone who just has natural gun skill?

It's tough, but that hasn't stopped our teams from looking into it.
