PS5 upgrade version crashes on startup everytime. I'm using a PS4 disc for ownership verification, deleted the PS4 game version off my ext HDD.

Hey DJ! We are aware of some issues with the PS5 upgrade. If you could open up a support ticket so we could collect the info about your issues and hopefully resolve them, it would be a big help!
