Hm. It depends on which gun. I used to run ACOG on every defender weapon that I could. While that's totally fine, for me personally, I've noticed that slapping a Holo on higher recoil weapons (Buck's C8 for example) it makes it a bit easier to control.

I'm a firm believer in sights like Holo, Reflex, and Red Dot making you a better player in the long run. Using those require you to rely on your own eyes more instead of the distance an ACOG gives you.
