Hey EZ, welcome to the forums.
This is an MMR Rollback. Basically what happens is that whenever you encounter a cheater (whether on your team or the enemy's) our system will adjust your MMR accordingly. Your rank/elo should only reflect legit matches, and based on the message you received, there was a cheater on your team which resulted in your team having an unfair advantage over your opponent.
