I am a level 130 on Rainbow Six Siege PC and I get queued against other level 100's+ which seems equal, other than the fact I play in a 3 man squad and the randoms we get are level 30's to 60's with no or little ranked experience that are still unaware of the basic mechanics of the game. This ends up with said randoms causing us to rank down and lose matches 4-0 or 4-1. I believe that the clearance level should be raised to at least 50 and you should be matched with people equivalent to your skill or level and rank. It is extremely infuriating to play my rank on chance, grind till silver and gold with decent lobbies or a 5 stack and then unable to progress further, due to teammates being unranked/copper and low levels with no experience of the game, nonetheless ranked. I play this game near religiously don't get me wrong and it is really fun, it is a well-constructed game, its just extremely difficult to get into ranked without a decent 5 stack. Just a suggestion for skill/similar level matchmaking.

I have seen a group of players who want to see the Ranked level requirement increased to 50, so you're not alone in how you feel. It's possible some of these level 30-60 players are looking to get Ranked experience, but that is what Unranked is for, so I completely understand your frustration.
Since you're looking for 2 extra players for your stack, have you tried joining the R6 Discord? All ranks are welcome! There are voice channels for Quick Match, Unranked, Ranked, T-Hunt, and like I mentioned earlier, there are specific lobbies for Copper, Bronze, Gold, Plat, and Diamond players .
